Mr. Anderson is highly experienced in a wide range of family law matters, specifically divorce, property settlements, custody and visitation, spousal support and mediation. While Mr. Anderson primarily practices family law, his business background also includes personal injury, wrongful terminations, unlawful detainers and civil litigation cases, and travel industry law.

Mr. Anderson has a strong reputation as a result-oriented attorney who effectively represents his clients in negotiations and litigation. If the direction of your divorce requires court appearances and/or a trial, he is very experienced in that regard. Mr. Anderson is most familiar with all five San Diego county courts, and the judges and commissioners who preside over family law matters.

A rapid response in matters of emergency, such as domestic violence, or defending against false accusation of domestic violence, is standard practice.

As a savvy businessman and entrepreneur, clients benefit from his experience and strong ability to negotiate. In 1987, he established Conventions Development, Inc., and founded Conventions in America, a multi-million dollar California C Corporation. Mr. Anderson has extensive background in creating Private Placement Memorandums and developing business plans and marketing strategies, as well as lease negotiations and contract development. He also started a multi-million dollar travel company, which he owned and operated from 1979 to 1989, after a 16-year tenure with a major airline.

He is co-founder and legal counsel of Disaster Warning Systems, which maintains two U.S. patents that have been developed over the past four years.
